Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret complex federal datasets using SQL, Python, and statistical tools
- Develop automated reports and dashboards for veteran service metrics
- Ensure compliance with federal data privacy regulations (HIPAA, FERPA)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data-driven solutions
- Present findings to senior leadership through visual storytelling
- Maintain data integrity across multiple federal systems
- Support continuous improvement of data collection methodologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field
- 2+ years experience with federal or healthcare data analysis
- Proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and Excel
- Familiarity with federal data compliance standards (e.g., 21 CFR Part 11)
- Strong written communication skills for technical documentation
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
