Responsibilities
- Analyze complex federal datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable intelligence for security operations
- Develop and maintain automated data pipelines using Python, SQL, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with federal data standards (FISMA, NIST, HIPAA) and security protocols
- Collaborate with cross-agency teams to integrate data sources and support strategic decision-making
- Present findings to senior leadership through comprehensive data narratives and recommendations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience with large datasets (100M+ records)
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and statistical analysis tools
- Experience with federal data compliance frameworks and security protocols
- Strong visualization skills (Tableau/Power BI) and ability to translate complex data for non-technical audiences
- Active U.S. security clearance or ability to obtain one
