Responsibilities
- Analyze complex federal datasets to identify trends and support evidence-based policy decisions
- Develop interactive dashboards using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with federal data standards (HIPAA, FISMA, 21 CFR Part 11)
- Collaborate with cross-agency teams to harmonize data collection methodologies

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Public Policy, or related field (Master's preferred)
