Responsibilities

- Design and implement SQL queries to extract, transform, and load data from federal databases
- Create interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau/Power BI for leadership decision-making
- Ensure compliance with federal data governance standards including FISMA and HIPAA
- Present findings to senior officials through clear visualizations and executive summaries
- Collaborate with IT teams to optimize data infrastructure and reporting systems
- Support continuous improvement initiatives through data-driven process optimization
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years experience in data analysis with federal government or regulated industry
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas), and R for statistical analysis
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
