Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret large-scale financial datasets using SQL, Python, and R
- Develop automated reporting dashboards for federal stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with federal data privacy laws (HIPAA, FERPA)
- Collaborate with cross-agency teams on data integration projects
- Present findings to senior leadership through visualizations and executive summaries
- Maintain data quality standards and implement validation protocols
- Support audit preparation and documentation processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis with federal datasets
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (Python/R)
- Familiarity with federal reporting requirements (GAAP, OMB Circulars)
- Certification in data visualization (Tableau, Power BI) preferred
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) for data storage
- Ability to obtain and maintain federal security clearance
