Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret large-scale datasets using SQL, Python, and statistical modeling tools to identify security trends and anomalies
- Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau/Power BI for executive briefings and operational planning
- Ensure compliance with federal data governance standards (FISMA, HIPAA) and maintain robust data quality protocols
- Collaborate with IT teams to optimize data pipelines and implement automated reporting solutions
- Present findings to senior leadership through concise visualizations and data-driven recommendations
- Support emergency response operations through real-time data analysis during critical incidents
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience with federal or regulated industry datasets
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and statistical analysis methods
- Advanced skills in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent)
- Familiarity with federal data security protocols and compliance frameworks
