Responsibilities
- Analyze federal healthcare datasets to identify trends and inform policy decisions
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations for executive leadership
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with federal security protocols (HIPAA, FISMA)
- Collaborate with cross-agency teams on public health initiatives
- Present findings to congressional stakeholders and federal committees

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Public Health, or related field
- 3+ years of experience with federal data systems (CMS, CDC, HHS databases)

- Knowledge of federal reporting requirements (OMB, GAO standards)
