Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret large-scale federal datasets using SQL, Python, and R

- Ensure data integrity and compliance with federal regulations (FISMA, HIPAA)
- Collaborate with cross-agency teams to identify trends and anomalies
- Present findings to senior leadership and congressional stakeholders
- Implement data quality frameworks and automated validation processes

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years experience in federal or regulated industry data analysis
- Expertise in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and statistical modeling
