Responsibilities
- Analyze complex federal datasets to identify trends and support strategic decision-making
- Develop and maintain secure databases compliant with federal security protocols
- Create interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau/Power BI for federal stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet critical federal project deadlines
- Ensure data integrity through rigorous quality control measures and documentation
- Stay current with evolving federal data regulations (FISMA, HIPAA, etc.)
- Present findings to senior leadership with actionable recommendations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of professional data analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas), and R for data manipulation
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Active federal security clearance or ability to obtain one
- Deep understanding of federal data privacy and security regulations
- Experience with large-scale database management (SQL Server, Oracle)
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
