- Ensure compliance with federal data governance standards (e.g., FISMA, HIPAA)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and deliverables
- Present findings to senior leadership through compelling visualizations and executive summaries
- Maintain data integrity through rigorous quality control and validation processes
- Stay current with evolving federal data regulations and analytical methodologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Public Administration, or related field
- 3+ years experience in data analysis with federal or government datasets
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/Numpy), and statistical analysis
- Advanced skills in data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong understanding of federal data privacy and security regulations
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Certification in federal data management (e.g., CDM-Data) preferred
- U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain federal security clearance
