- Analyze and interpret large-scale federal datasets using SQL, Python, and advanced statistical methods
- Develop automated data pipelines ensuring compliance with federal security protocols (NIST 800-53)
- Create interactive visualizations using Tableau/Power BI for executive briefings
- Collaborate with cross-agency teams to support strategic initiatives
- Maintain rigorous data quality standards for classified and unclassified systems
- Document methodologies and present findings to senior leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years experience with federal data systems and security clearances
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas), and statistical analysis tools
- Experience with DoD or federal agency data standards and reporting
- Strong knowledge of data visualization platforms (Tableau/Power BI)
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret security clearance
- Certification in CISSP or CIPP highly desirable
