Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret complex federal datasets to support veteran healthcare initiatives
- Develop automated reporting dashboards using SQL, Python, and Tableau
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with HIPAA and federal security protocols

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field
- 3+ years of experience with federal data systems (VA, CMS, etc.)
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas), and visualization tools
- Active security clearance or ability to obtain one
- Expertise in data privacy regulations (HIPAA, FISMA)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical reasoning skills
- Experience with ETL processes and database management
