Responsibilities
- Analyze complex federal datasets to identify trends and support strategic decision-making
- Develop and maintain automated data pipelines using SQL, Python, and RProduce high-impact visualizations and reports for senior leadership
- Ensure compliance with federal data security standards (FISMA, NIST)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements
- Optimize data collection methodologies for improved efficiency
- Present findings to stakeholders through executive dashboards and briefings
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis with federal datasets
- Proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas), and data visualization tools
- Strong understanding of federal data regulations and security protocols
- Experience with statistical modeling and predictive analytics
- Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance
- Excellent communication skills for translating technical insights
- Certification in data analytics (e.g., Google Data Analytics, SAS) preferred
