Responsibilities
- Analyze agricultural datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify trends and anomalies
- Create interactive dashboards and reports for federal stakeholders using Tableau/Power BI
- Ensure data integrity through rigorous validation and quality control procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support policy development and program evaluation
- Present findings to senior leadership through clear visualizations and executive summaries
- Adhere to federal data security protocols and privacy regulations (FISMA, HIPAA)
- Document methodologies and maintain reproducible analysis workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years experience in data analysis with government or regulated industries
- Proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/Numpy), and statistical modeling techniques
- Experience with federal reporting systems and data compliance standards
- Strong written communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
