Responsibilities
- Assist in the collection, cleaning, and formatting of large federal datasets from various sources.
- Develop basic data visualizations and dashboards using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Excel.
- Support the preparation of weekly and monthly performance reports for agency stakeholders.
- Conduct preliminary data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Ensure all data entry and reporting comply with federal guidelines and agency standards.
- Maintain accurate documentation of data sources, methodologies, and processing steps.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in data handling.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
- Willingness to learn new database management systems and analytical software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting findings to non-technical audiences.
