Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret large-scale federal datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and strategic insights
- Develop and maintain automated data pipelines using SQL, Python, and R for federal compliance reporting
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Ensure all data handling adheres to FISMA, HIPAA, and other federal regulatory standards
- Collaborate with cross-agency teams to define data requirements and deliver actionable analytics
- Document methodologies, data sources, and analytical processes for audit trails
- Present findings to leadership through concise reports and data-driven recommendations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in federal government data analysis or regulated industry
- Proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and statistical analysis tools
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, D3.js)
- Familiarity with federal data compliance frameworks (FISMA, HIPAA, 21 CFR Part 11)
