Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Data Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years analyzing federal/municipal datasets with proven impact on policy outcomes
- Expertise in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and visualization tools (Tableau)
- Active federal security clearance or ability to obtain one
