Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret large federal datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify trends and patterns
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI for stakeholder reporting
- Ensure compliance with federal data regulations (FISMA, HIPAA, GDPR) and security protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support evidence-based decision making
- Develop automated data pipelines to streamline reporting workflows
- Present findings to senior leadership through concise executive summaries
- Maintain data integrity across multiple federal systems and databases
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience with federal or government data analysis projects
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (Python/R)
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, D3.js)
- Familiarity with federal data privacy and security regulations
- Certification in data analytics (e.g., AWS Data Analytics Specialty) preferred
