Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret large-scale federal datasets using SQL, Python, and advanced statistical techniques
- Design and maintain automated data pipelines for federal compliance reporting
- Create interactive visualizations and dashboards for federal stakeholders using Tableau/Power BI
- Ensure data integrity through rigorous quality control and validation protocols
- Support federal agencies in meeting FISMA and NIST data security standards
- Present findings to senior leadership through concise executive summaries
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data initiatives with federal objectives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in federal government data analysis or related compliance work
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and statistical analysis
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js)
- Deep understanding of federal data regulations (FISMA, HIPAA, PII handling)
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to translate complex data into strategic insights
- Active security clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Familiarity with federal procurement processes (FPDS, SAM.gov)
