Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret large-scale federal datasets using SQL, Python, and advanced statistical methods
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations for executive stakeholders
- Ensure data integrity and adherence to federal privacy/security protocols (FISMA, HIPAA)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and reporting frameworks
- Prepare comprehensive analytical reports and presentations for federal clients
- Implement data quality controls and audit processes
- Stay current on federal data regulations and emerging analytics technologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of experience with federal/government data analysis projects
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong knowledge of federal data regulations (FISMA, HIPAA, 508 compliance)
- Experience with statistical modeling and predictive analytics
- Active security clearance or ability to obtain one within 90 days
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills
