Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret large-scale federal datasets to support defense decision-making
- Develop interactive dashboards using Tableau/Power BI for real-time monitoring

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years experience with federal data analysis projects
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and statistical analysis tools
- Active Secret security clearance (or ability to obtain immediately)
- Familiarity with DoD data ecosystems and reporting requirements
- Experience with geospatial data analysis (GIS/QGIS)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
