Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret large-scale federal datasets using SQL, Python, and R
- Develop interactive dashboards and reports for executive stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with federal data security protocols (FISMA, HIPAA)
- Collaborate with cross-agency teams to identify emerging trends
- Present findings to senior leadership using compelling data visualizations
- Maintain and optimize data pipelines for real-time analytics
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field
- 3+ years experience with federal data systems
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python (Pandas, NumPy)
- Certification in data visualization (Tableau/Power BI)
- Knowledge of 42 CFR Part 2 and HIPAA compliance
- Active security clearance or ability to obtain one
- Experience with AWS/Azure cloud platforms
