Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret federal environmental datasets using advanced SQL and Python techniques
- Develop interactive Tableau dashboards for executive stakeholders across 5 western states
- Ensure compliance with FISMA and federal data governance protocols
- Collaborate with cross-agency teams on natural resource impact assessments
- Present findings to congressional committees through concise visualizations
- Maintain secure data pipelines using AWS GovCloud infrastructure
- Lead quality assurance processes for federal reporting requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years federal data analysis experience with security clearance
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and Tableau
- Familiarity with federal statistical reporting standards (OMB, GAO)
- Strong knowledge of GIS mapping for spatial data analysis
- Certification in AWS Cloud or equivalent cloud platform
- Ability to handle Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) data
