- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, FERPA, and federal data security protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and deliverables
- Present findings to senior leadership through executive briefings and technical documentation
- Maintain data integrity across multiple federal databases and systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Public Health, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience in government or regulated industries
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and statistical analysis tools
- Experience with federal data systems (CMS, CDC, or HHS databases)
- Strong knowledge of healthcare data standards (HL7, FHIR) and privacy regulations
- Certification in data visualization (Tableau, Power BI) or statistical modeling
- Ability to obtain and maintain a federal security clearance
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical audiences
