- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and Power BI for federal stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with federal data security protocols (FISMA, HIPAA) and privacy regulations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design data collection methodologies and reporting frameworks
- Present findings to senior government officials through executive summaries and data narratives
- Maintain and optimize data pipelines for federal compliance and accuracy
- Stay current with federal data governance standards and emerging analytical technologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Data Science, Public Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of experience with federal data analysis and compliance requirements
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and statistical modeling
- Advanced skills in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, D3.js)
- Strong understanding of federal data standards (FISMA, OMB guidelines, HIPAA)
- Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Certification in data analytics or federal compliance (e.g., CDMP, CIPP) preferred
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and big data technologies
