Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret federal datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify trends and anomalies
- Develop interactive dashboards and reports for federal agencies using Tableau/Power BI
- Ensure strict adherence to FISMA, HIPAA, and other federal data regulations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven recommendations
- Automate data pipelines to improve efficiency and accuracy
- Present findings to senior stakeholders through clear visualizations
- Maintain documentation for all data processes and compliance protocols
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years experience with federal government data analysis projects
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and statistical analysis
- Advanced skills in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Certification in federal compliance (e.g., CISSP, CIPP/E) a plus
- Strong understanding of FISMA, NIST, and OMB data standards
- Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance
- Exceptional attention to detail with zero-tolerance for data errors
