Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret large-scale federal datasets using SQL, Python, and R
- Develop automated reporting dashboards for government stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with federal data security protocols (FISMA, HIPAA)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements
- Present findings to senior leadership through executive summaries
- Implement data quality controls and validation processes
- Support FOIA requests and regulatory reporting initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience with federal data systems
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas), and data visualization tools
- Familiarity with federal reporting standards (OMB, GAO)
- Strong understanding of data privacy regulations
- Clearable background investigation required
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) preferred
