Responsibilities
- Analyze complex federal healthcare datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify trends and anomalies
- Develop interactive dashboards in Tableau/Power BI for executive decision-making
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, FISMA, and federal data governance protocols
- Collaborate with cross-agency teams to optimize data collection methodologies
- Present findings to senior leadership through concise visual reports
- Automate reporting workflows to enhance operational efficiency
- Conduct statistical modeling to support public health interventions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Data Science, Public Health, or related field
- 3+ years analyzing federal/multi-agency datasets with strict compliance requirements
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and statistical analysis
- Advanced Tableau/Power BI dashboard development experience
- Familiarity with HIPAA, FISMA, and 21 CFR Part 11 regulations
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to data integrity
- Ability to obtain Public Trust clearance
- Experience with federal grant reporting systems preferred
