Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret large-scale federal datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify trends and anomalies
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI for executive decision-making
- Ensure compliance with federal data governance standards (FISMA, HIPAA, etc.)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives and reporting requirements
- Document analytical methodologies and maintain data integrity protocols
- Present findings to senior leadership through concise executive summaries
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience with federal datasets
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/Numpy), and data visualization tools
- Strong understanding of federal data regulations and security protocols
- Certification in data analytics (e.g., Google Data Analytics, Tableau Desktop) or CISSP
