Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret large-scale healthcare datasets to identify trends and support federal initiatives
- Develop automated data pipelines and maintain secure databases using SQL and Python
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations for executive stakeholders using Tableau/Power BI
- Ensure strict adherence to HIPAA, FISMA, and other federal data security protocols

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Public Health, or related field (Master's preferred)

- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js)
- Familiarity with federal compliance standards (HIPAA, FISMA, 21 CFR Part 11)
- Strong written/verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
