Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and validate large-scale federal datasets to ensure high-quality analytical outputs.
- Develop interactive dashboards and compelling visualizations using Tableau, PowerBI, or Python libraries.
- Perform statistical analysis and predictive modeling to identify trends and support program evaluations.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to define data requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Ensure strict compliance with federal security protocols, data privacy laws, and ITAR regulations.
- Prepare clear, concise reports and presentations for senior leadership and government stakeholders.
- Maintain and update data architecture to support long-term analytical goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Public Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within the federal government or defense contracting sectors.
- Active Top Secret or Secret security clearance (or the ability to obtain one).
- Proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and data visualization tools.
- Strong understanding of federal data standards (e.g., FIPS, DCID, CUI).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
