Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret large-scale healthcare data using SQL, Python, and statistical methodologies
- Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, VA regulations, and federal data security protocols
- Identify trends and anomalies in veteran healthcare outcomes to inform policy improvements
- Collaborate with IT teams to optimize data pipelines and database structures
- Present findings to senior leadership through clear, concise visualizations and briefings
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Public Health, or related field
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience with federal data systems
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and R programming
- Certification in Tableau or Power BI and experience with healthcare data
- Demonstrated knowledge of federal reporting requirements (e.g., VA, CMS)
- Strong written/verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust security clearance
