Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret large-scale federal healthcare datasets using SQL, Python, and R
- Develop interactive dashboards and reports for senior policymakers using Tableau/Power BI
- Ensure compliance with federal data security protocols (HIPAA, FISMA) and documentation standards
- Collaborate with cross-agency teams to support public health emergency response initiatives
- Present findings to congressional stakeholders and federal leadership through executive summaries
- Optimize data pipelines for real-time analytics and reporting efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Public Health, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in federal data analysis or healthcare data management
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/Numpy), and statistical modeling
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) with portfolio samples
- Familiarity with federal data governance frameworks and compliance requirements
- Active security clearance or ability to obtain one within 30 days
