Responsibilities
- Complex Data Analysis: Collect, clean, and analyze large-scale datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies that drive strategic decision-making.
- Visualization & Reporting: Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau or PowerBI to present complex data findings to senior leadership and government clients.
- Compliance & Governance: Ensure strict adherence to federal security regulations, data governance standards, and compliance protocols (FedRAMP, NIST).
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and optimize analytical processes for various federal programs.
- Statistical Modeling: Develop predictive models and perform statistical analyses to forecast outcomes and support mission-critical operations.
- Documentation: Create comprehensive technical documentation and clear, concise reports to communicate data insights effectively.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in data analysis, preferably within the federal or defense contracting sector.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for data extraction and manipulation.
- Visualization Tools: Extensive experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Qlik.
- Clearance: Active Secret or Top Secret clearance is highly preferred; the ability to obtain clearance is required.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex data to non-technical stakeholders.
