Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret large-scale federal datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify trends and anomalies
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and Power BI for executive briefings
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with federal regulations (FISMA, HIPAA)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data insights into strategic recommendations
- Present findings to senior leadership through concise executive summaries and presentations

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
