Responsibilities
- Analyze and visualize large-scale operational data using SQL, Python, and Tableau to support naval infrastructure projects
- Develop predictive models for resource allocation and maintenance scheduling across 15+ military installations
- Create automated reporting dashboards for executive leadership and congressional stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with federal data standards (FISMA, NIST) and security protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into data solutions
- Mentor junior analysts and implement best practices in data governance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in federal government data analysis with security clearance (Secret/Top Secret)
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Strong understanding of DoD data architecture and defense-specific systems
- Certification in AWS/GCP data platforms or equivalent cloud experience
- Demonstrated ability to present complex findings to non-technical leadership
