Responsibilities
- Analyze federal datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify security trends and patterns
- Generate comprehensive reports and visualizations for senior leadership and congressional stakeholders
- Maintain strict adherence to federal data privacy regulations (FISMA, HIPAA)
- Collaborate with cross-agency teams to integrate data sources and streamline workflows
- Develop predictive models to support border security and emergency response operations
- Present findings to non-technical stakeholders through clear executive dashboards
- Ensure data quality through continuous validation and quality control processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience with federal government data analysis requirements
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Active U.S. government security clearance (or ability to obtain immediately)
- Expertise in statistical analysis and predictive modeling methodologies
