Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret complex federal datasets to support strategic decision-making
- Develop automated reporting dashboards using provided enterprise software
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with federal security standards (FISMA, NIST)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into data solutions
- Present findings to senior stakeholders using visual analytics tools
- Maintain and optimize data pipelines using provided cloud infrastructure
- Document analytical methodologies and metadata standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience analyzing federal or government datasets
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and R with government security clearance eligibility
- Strong knowledge of federal data regulations (HIPAA, PII, CUI)
- Experience with visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) using provided equipment
- Certification in data analytics or related field preferred
- Ability to obtain and maintain federal security clearance
