Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret large-scale federal datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and security threats
- Develop advanced SQL queries and data pipelines for real-time monitoring systems
- Create interactive dashboards using Tableau/Power BI for leadership briefings
- Ensure compliance with federal data governance standards (FISMA, HIPAA)
- Collaborate with cross-agency teams on counter-terrorism and border security projects
- Present findings to senior officials via structured reports and visualizations
- Maintain data integrity across secure cloud platforms (AWS GovCloud)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of experience with federal data analysis or government contracting
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas), and statistical modeling
- Active security clearance (or ability to obtain Secret clearance)
- Strong knowledge of federal data privacy regulations (18 U.S.C. § 2701-2712)
- Experience with geospatial analysis and visualization tools
- Certification in CISSP or CIPP/US highly desirable
