- Analyze and interpret large-scale healthcare datasets using SQL, Python, and R

- Present findings to senior leadership through compelling visualizations
- Document methodologies and maintain data governance protocols
- Support continuous improvement of data infrastructure
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Public Health, or related field
- 3+ years experience with federal/state government data analysis
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and visualization tools
- Expert knowledge of healthcare data standards (HL7, FHIR)
- Experience with federal reporting requirements (CMS, HHS)
- Certification in data analytics or healthcare informatics preferred
- Strong written communication for technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to obtain Public Trust clearance
