Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret complex federal datasets to support national security initiatives
- Develop automated data pipelines using Python, SQL, and R for federal compliance
- Create interactive visualizations and executive dashboards using Tableau/Power BI
- Ensure data integrity across secure federal systems (NIPR/SIPR networks)
- Present findings to senior leadership and congressional stakeholders
- Adhere to strict federal data privacy and security protocols (FISMA, HIPAA)
- Maintain documentation of analytical methodologies and data sources
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field
- 3+ years of experience with federal data analysis or government projects
- Proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and statistical analysis
- Experience with Tableau or Power BI for data visualization
- Active security clearance or ability to obtain Secret clearance
- Familiarity with federal data standards (NIST, DoD regulations)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder reporting
