Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret large-scale federal datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify trends and anomalies
- Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau/Power BI for leadership decision-making
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with federal regulations (FISMA, NIST, DoD directives)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and deliver actionable insights
- Present findings to senior stakeholders through clear visualizations and executive summaries
- Maintain secure data environments and implement robust data governance frameworks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in federal data analysis or DoD-contracting environment
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and statistical analysis
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and ETL processes
- Familiarity with federal data security protocols and compliance standards
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Active DoD security clearance (or ability to obtain)
