Responsibilities
- Analyze complex veteran healthcare datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify trends and anomalies
- Design interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau/Power BI for executive decision-making
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, FERPA, and federal data governance standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into data solutions
- Develop predictive models to support veteran care quality improvement initiatives
- Document data processes and maintain data integrity frameworks
- Present findings to senior leadership through compelling visual narratives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years experience in data analysis with federal/government data preferred
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and statistical analysis
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent)
