- Conduct statistical analysis to support program evaluation and policy recommendations
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure data integrity across federal systems
- Document analytical methodologies and maintain audit trails for compliance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of experience with federal/government data analysis
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas), and statistical analysis tools
- Strong knowledge of FISMA, HIPAA, and federal data governance frameworks
- Certification in data visualization (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) or federal compliance
