Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret large-scale federal datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify trends and anomalies

- Ensure strict adherence to federal data security protocols (FISMA, HIPAA) and privacy regulations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and deliver actionable insights
- Present findings to senior leadership through executive summaries and data visualizations
- Maintain data integrity across multiple federal databases and systems
- Stay current on federal data standards and emerging analytical methodologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of professional data analysis experience with federal government data
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and statistical analysis tools
- Certification in federal data compliance (e.g., CIPP/US) or willingness to obtain within 6 months
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and dashboard development
- Demonstrated experience with large-scale database management (Oracle, SQL Server)
- Ability to obtain and maintain a federal security clearance
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
