Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret large-scale federal healthcare datasets using SQL, Python, and R

- Ensure compliance with federal data governance standards (HIPAA, FISMA)
- Present findings to stakeholders through compelling visualizations and executive summaries

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years experience with federal healthcare or public sector data analysis

- Familiarity with VA-specific systems or federal healthcare data models
