Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret large-scale federal datasets to support public health programs
- Develop automated data pipelines using SQL, Python, and R for efficient reporting
- Create interactive dashboards using Tableau/Power BI for leadership decision-making
- Ensure compliance with federal data governance standards (HIPAA, FISMA)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and KPIs
- Present findings to stakeholders through clear visualizations and executive summaries
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Public Health, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis with federal data systems
- Proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas), and statistical analysis tools
- Strong knowledge of data visualization platforms (Tableau/Power BI)
- Familiarity with federal compliance frameworks (HIPAA, 21 CFR Part 11)
- Certification in data analytics (e.g., Google Data Analytics, SAS) preferred
- Ability to obtain and maintain federal security clearance
