Responsibilities
- Analyze complex federal datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and actionable insights
- Develop and maintain automated data pipelines using SQL, Python, and R
- Create comprehensive dashboards and visualizations for executive stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with federal data security protocols (FISMA, NIST)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define analytical requirements
- Present findings to senior leadership through detailed reports and presentations
- Maintain documentation of analytical methodologies and data sources
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in federal data analysis or government contracting
- Proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong understanding of federal data regulations and security protocols
- Experience with large-scale data processing (Hadoop, Spark preferred)
- Certification in data analytics or federal compliance (e.g., CISSP, CIPP) highly desirable
- Ability to obtain and maintain a federal security clearance
