Responsibilities
- Analyze complex federal datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify trends and inform policy decisions
- Design and implement automated reporting systems for executive stakeholders across multiple agencies
- Ensure compliance with federal data security protocols (FISMA, HIPAA) and documentation standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Develop interactive dashboards using Tableau/Power BI for real-time performance monitoring

Qualifications

- 3+ years of experience in federal/government data analysis with security clearance eligibility
