Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret federal healthcare data to identify trends and support evidence-based decision-making
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI for executive leadership
- Ensure compliance with federal data security protocols (FISMA, HIPAA) and privacy regulations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and deliver actionable reports
- Maintain and optimize SQL databases for veteran care program performance metrics
- Present findings to senior stakeholders through clear, concise data narratives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience with federal data systems
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python/R, and data visualization tools
- Familiarity with federal reporting standards (e.g., OMB, HHS guidelines)
- Strong understanding of healthcare data structures and veteran care metrics
- Clearable background investigation and U.S. citizenship required
